You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 48 hours of receiving your puppy. If your puppy, in the opinion of your veteranarian, has any physical problems that are life threatening, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. To make a claim for a replacment puppy, return your puppy to Love Me Tender Puppies ASAP. You must also bring a signed statement from the veterinarian showing the date on which the puppy was examined and stating why the puppy is a poor health risk. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee against parvo, distemper,worms, coccidiosis, bacterial infections, entropion in Shar Pei or HYPOGLYCEMIA. All toy breeds are susceptible to hypoglycemia. Please follow the information on hypoglycemia in puppies on my website. If your puppy should die within the 48 hour period an autopsy is required. A veteranarian statement will be required if the dog is alive but is unhealthy, or an autopsy if the dog has died. If you qualify for a replacement and choose a puppy of greater value, you will be obligated to pay the difference. If we do not, within 6 months, offer you a replacement puppy of the same breed, sex and retail value, then you will be entitled to a refund of your puppy's original purchase price only.
Size, color, showing, or breeding ability is not guaranteed. If you are returning a puppy for replacement, you must return any registration papers received at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any payments of veterinarian's fees.
